Orders are shipped weekly, from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Items will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.

BLS Fashion will not be responsible for any type of customs cost that could be caused by the entrance of the package in your country if the delivery address is outside the European Union or those places with special customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other included in the EU). This amount can be fixed, percentage or the sum of the two above and is calculated according to the laws of each country of which we can not inform you as we lack such information.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases, we offer an easy and free return service (Spain only - Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
1. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us about the request for return or exchange.
2. We will contact you to arrange the collection of the item(s) you wish to return. We also offer you easy and free way to return or exchange an item: visit our physical store BLS Fashion along with the invoice/purchase delivery note and the items you want to exchange/return. 3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the authenticity label on returned items must not be cut or broken. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way and must not show any sign of use. Footwear soles must be clean and have no signs of wear, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, shoes and other accessories must be returned along with their original boxes, which are considered part of the product and must not be damaged, altered or used as external packaging for shipping.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the reception. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.If approved, you will receive the refund in the same manner you paid for the order. For purchases made by credit card, the amount refunded will be available in the customer's account within a period of approximately 10 days, the time may vary depending on your bank. The money will always be refunded in the original account with which the payment has been made previously.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?
The time limit for exchanges and returns is 14 days after the date you received the shipment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
