Orders are shipped weekly, Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 (CET). Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

BLS Fashion will not be responsible for any type of customs cost that could be caused by the entrance of the package in your country if the delivery address is outside the European Union or those places with special customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other included in the EU). This amount can be fixed, percentage or the sum of the two above and is calculated according to the laws of each country of which we can not inform you as we lack such information.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases, we offer an exchange or return service. Returns are free of charge in the following countries: Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Germany, Austria, Portugal, Netherlands, United Kingdom.
1. You must send an email to [email protected] explaining the need for return or exchange.
2. We will contact you to explain the return options. We also offer you the easiest and freeest way to return or exchange an item: go to our physical BLS Fashion store together with the invoice of the purchase and the items you wish to exchange / return. Our store is located at:

3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the authenticity label on returned items must not be cut or broken. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way and must not show any sign of use. Footwear soles must be clean and have no signs of wear, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, shoes and other accessories must be returned along with their original boxes, which are considered part of the product and must not be damaged, altered or used as external packaging for shipping.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund in the same manner you paid for the order. For credit card purchases, the refunded amount will be available in the customer's account within approximately 10 days, the time may vary depending on your bank. The money will always be refunded to the original account with which the payment was previously made.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS?
The time limit for exchanges and returns is 14 days after the date you received the shipment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
